Hugh Leighton McWilliams was born in 1946 in Annapolis Maryland. He currently resides in San Antonio, Texas. He attended Florida Air Academy and joined the United States Air force in 1966. While in Greece from 1967 to 1972 he began his career in photography as a commercial photographer and as a digital artist. He is a member of the Professional Photographers of San Antonio, Texas and has won many awards for his digital and photographic imagery. Hugh's artistic philosophy is fairly simple. In every image there is yet a more compelling image limited only by the raw material and the technical palettes and brushes available. He has consistently pursued perfection in digital manipulations and the refinement of his art with the knowledge that it is boundless. He advises his clients that if they are able to imagine an image and describe it to him, he can create it. Hugh resides in San Antonio and operates his studio from his home. He is available for both individual contract work and location assignment, providing the full gamut of fine art and commercial imagery locally and state wide. He is also available for post production work for photographers and artists in all mediums.
